How much does a new boiler cost?
Fitted prices start at £2,279 including VAT. What it costs you depends on the size of boiler your home needs, where it is going, and whether any pipework or flue work is involved — which is exactly what the free 22-Step Survey is for. You get one fixed price in writing before anything is booked, and that price is what you pay.
What’s included in the price?
A full system power flush, your first year’s service, a Hive Mini smart thermostat or five radiator valves, a magnetic filter, scale reducer and inhibitor, and your old boiler removed and disposed of under licence. That is over £600 of extras, included as standard, with nothing added on the day.
How soon can you fit it?
Often the next working day. We install Monday to Friday, and survey appointments are frequently available the same day you enquire.

Our own Gas Safe engineers do the work, and Oliver oversees every installation from survey to sign-off. The person who quotes you is the person accountable for the finish.

Why the filter and the flush matter more than the boiler brand
Every old system carries iron sludge. If it isn’t flushed out, it circulates through your brand-new boiler from day one — and it is one of the most common reasons a manufacturer refuses a warranty claim.
We power flush the whole system first. The machine uses magnets to pull the iron out until the water runs clear. Then we fit a magnetic filter so anything that forms later is caught before it reaches the boiler.
It’s the difference between a boiler that gives you trouble in year three and one that doesn’t. Both are included as standard — and both are worth looking for on any other quote you get.

1. The free 22-Step Survey
We come to the house before we give you a number. We check the existing system, the gas supply and the pipework, the flue route, the water pressure and flow rate, the radiators and the controls — twenty-two checks in total. It takes one to two hours — longer than most, and deliberately so — and there is no obligation at the end of it.
This is the reason our price can be fixed. A number given over the phone or from a website form is a guess about a house nobody has looked at, and guesses move once the work has started.
2. Your exact price, in writing
You get the make, model and output of the boiler we’re recommending and why, an itemised list of everything included, and a single total. Nothing on that list is an optional extra and nothing is added later.
3. Installation day
Most installations are completed in a day. Dust sheets and floor protection go down before anything comes off the wall. The system is power flushed, a magnetic filter and scale reducer are fitted, the gas and electrical work is completed and certified, and the old boiler is taken away under our waste carrier licence.
4. After we leave
Your warranty is registered on your behalf — up to twelve years depending on the boiler. Your first year’s service is included. And you have the number of the person who surveyed your house, not a call centre.

Most of the work we do is combi boiler installation, either replacing an existing combi or converting from a system or regular boiler. A conversion takes out the cylinder and tanks and frees up the airing cupboard, and it is genuinely more work than a straight swap — which is why we check it at the survey rather than guessing.
